Farmhouse Bathroom

BOLD!!! It was totally what I wanted to do here and vibing, and I LOVE it! Since it is not my home, I actually leaned more into my creative side and just wanted to make a splash, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! Kind of makes me wish I went a little bolder in my own home!

This bathroom was tough too! It is small, and with the original layout, there was literally no way to rebuild it. I did make a choice to make one layout change which was to move the toilet to behind the door. Opening the space a bit more!

Paint Colors

Okay, let’s get to it! Here it is! Know all sources are at the bottom with links! The color on the walls are Alabaster by Sherwin Williams, and the trim is Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige! I went satin on the walls because it is a bathroom! I typically go matte on walls! Trim is a satin sheen.

Before and After!

I don’t have a picture of the toilet’s location, but you can see the reflection in the glass. We tucked it behind the door opening the space up!

This bathroom was a beast! There was a mold/moisture issue, and we had to tear out and rebuild and treat a lot! Sub-flooring had to continue to be ripped out even after these photos below. But did what was necessary to do it the right way!

I just love the contrast! Went with black and brushed gold tones, and I love the mixing of the metals!

The blinds were perfect! They added warmth and also served as function!

Credits & Links

Yes, I love the design and have a creative eye, but Taylor, that works with me, was totally in and helping me back every choice, so I have to thank her!

Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, and new wood door all with a local supplier/contractors, and Johnstone and Co handled the tile and new glass door!

The Tile: Floor and Decor Green Tile laid Vertically and a Matte White Hex for the floor of the shower and bathroom.
Vanity: Top and Base
Bathroom Vanity Light
Mirror : Black Metal
Towels and Hand Soap are both Etsy finds. Blinds are a local supplier Peachtree Blinds (tell Steve I sent ya!)

Just so happy about how it opened and brightened everything up!!!! Hope you love!!
